Last weekend, my mom was visiting and Clyde’s friend was having a birthday celebration up at Tomales Bay/Point Reyes. A bunch of us drove up for a couple bags of fresh oysters and a picnic in the sun. So nice!
Adventure day! We went to foggy Half Moon Bay, ate lunch on Miramar Beach there, drove to another beach - Montara State Beach, and then went to another - Gray Whale Cove. Afterwards, we kept driving up the 1 to Pacifica, where we grabbed a round of cheap cocktails, a dozen oysters and some ahi tuna while watching the sun slowly set over the ocean.
California never fails to amaze me!
